These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using Miina AI Studio ("the Service") provided by Miina LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all aspects of the relationship between users and us regarding the use of the Service.
Registration is performed through social login via Google or LINE accounts. We may refuse registration in the following cases: - False information was provided - Previous violation of these Terms - Other cases deemed inappropriate by us
- The Service operates on a credit system. Credits required for each feature are displayed within the Service. - Unused monthly plan credits do not carry over to the next month. - Prices are displayed inclusive of tax. - We may change prices with 30 days' prior notice.
Users must not: - Violate laws or public morals - Engage in criminal activities - Place excessive load on our servers or network - Interfere with the operation of the Service - Illegally collect other users' personal information - Impersonate others - Provide benefits to antisocial forces - Generate child pornography or child sexual exploitation content - Generate content that defames real individuals
- Copyright of content generated through the Service belongs to the user to the extent permitted by applicable law. - We may use generated content in anonymized form for service improvement and promotion. - Users may use generated content commercially, provided they are subscribed to a paid plan.
We may suspend all or part of the Service in the following cases: - System maintenance - Force majeure (natural disasters, power outages, etc.) - Other cases deemed necessary by us We may change or terminate the Service with 30 days' prior notice.
- Users may delete their account (withdraw) at any time from the Settings page. - Account information will be deleted within 30 days of withdrawal. - Generated content will be deleted within 90 days of withdrawal. - Transaction records will be retained for 7 years as required by law. - No prorated refund will be provided for the month of withdrawal.
- We are not liable for damages to users caused by the Service, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence. - We do not guarantee the quality or accuracy of AI-generated content. - Users are responsible for resolving any disputes with third parties arising from generated content.
We may modify these Terms as necessary. Modified Terms take effect when published on the Service. Significant changes will be notified via email in advance.
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
