Miina LLC ("we", "us", "our") sets forth this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information in the Miina AI Studio service ("the Service").
We collect the following information to provide the Service: - Name, email address (obtained through Google / LINE account linking) - Profile picture - Payment information (processed through Stripe, Inc. We do not directly store credit card numbers) - Generated content (images, videos, text) - Service usage history, access logs - Device information, IP address
We use collected personal information for the following purposes: - Providing, operating, maintaining, and improving the Service - Managing and authenticating user accounts - Processing payments and billing - Responding to inquiries - Sending service-related notifications - Usage analysis and statistics (in non-personally identifiable form) - Preventing unauthorized use
We do not share personal information with third parties except in the following cases: - With the user's consent - As required by law - With service providers (we use the following services): - Stripe, Inc. (payment processing) - Supabase, Inc. (database, authentication) - Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery, storage) - fal.ai (AI image/video generation) - Vercel, Inc. (web hosting) We have data processing agreements with all the above service providers.
- Personal information is stored encrypted on Supabase (Google Cloud Platform, Tokyo region). - Generated content is stored on Cloudflare R2 (APAC region). - Data is managed with appropriate security measures (SSL/TLS, RLS access control, encrypted storage).
- Account information: Deleted within 30 days of account closure. - Generated content (images/videos): Deleted within 90 days of account closure. - Transaction records: Retained for 7 years as required by law. - Access logs: Retained for 1 year, then deleted.
Users have the following rights: - Request disclosure of personal information - Request correction, addition, or deletion of personal information - Request suspension or erasure of personal information - Delete your account (available in Settings) To exercise these rights, please contact support@miina-ai.com. The Service uses cookies for login session management. Disabling cookies may prevent some features from functioning properly.
We will notify users on the Service before making changes to this policy. Significant changes will also be communicated via email.
